Celebrating the greatest players to ever wear the Arsenal shirt.

Striker
FranceThierry Henry is widely regarded as the greatest player in Arsenal history. Joining from Juventus in 1999 for £11 million, he was transformed from a winger into a striker by Arsène Wenger and went on to become the club's all-time leading scorer with 228 goals in 377 appearances. His combination of pace, skill, finishing, and intelligence made him virtually unplayable at his peak. The 2003-04 Invincibles season saw him score 30 Premier League goals as Arsenal went the entire campaign unbeaten.

Attacking Midfielder / Second Striker
NetherlandsDennis Bergkamp, known as "The Non-Flying Dutchman," was Arsenal's most technically gifted player ever. Signed from Inter Milan in 1995, he was the catalyst for Arsenal's modern era of success. His vision, touch, and ability to score spectacular goals made him a fan favourite. The goal against Newcastle in 2002 is regularly voted the greatest Premier League goal ever scored. His partnership with Thierry Henry became the stuff of legend.

Striker
EnglandIan Wright arrived at Arsenal as a relatively unknown 28-year-old from Crystal Palace in 1991 and left as one of the club's greatest ever players. In seven seasons, he scored 185 goals, making him the club's all-time leading scorer for many years until Thierry Henry surpassed him. His explosive pace, powerful shooting, and infectious personality made him a hero at Highbury. He was a key member of the 1998 Double-winning team.
